These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of https://tacticalsi.io (the "Site") and to text messages you receive from Morgan USA LLC, doing business as Tactical SI ("Tactical Super Intelligence," "Tactical SI," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or opt in to our text messages.

About Us

Tactical SI helps local home service companies, such as plumbers, HVAC contractors, roofers, and landscapers, get more Google reviews, rank on Google Maps, and get more calls through reputation management, Google Business Profile optimization, and websites.

Use of the Site

• You may use the Site only for lawful purposes.

• You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, or submitting false or misleading information.

• All content on the Site, including text, graphics, and logos, belongs to Tactical SI or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our permission.

• Information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only.

Our Services

Any services we provide are governed by a separate written agreement, proposal, or order between you and Tactical SI. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a separate service agreement, the separate service agreement controls for those services.

No Guarantees of Rankings or Results

We work to help our clients improve their online presence, but we do not control Google or other third-party platforms. We do not guarantee any specific search rankings, Google Maps placement, number or content of reviews, number of calls, new customers, revenue, or other results. Results vary based on many factors outside our control, including platform policies, algorithm changes, competition, and your business's own practices.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

Program name: Tactical SI (operated by Morgan USA LLC). Messages may identify the sender as Tactical SI or Morgan USA LLC.

Program description: When you opt in, Tactical SI may send you text messages from (610) 757-3498, including:

• replies to your website inquiries;

• appointment confirmations and reminders;

• customer care messages; and

• occasional marketing and promotional messages.

How you opt in: You agree to receive text messages by entering your mobile phone number in the chat widget on our Site and checking the consent box. The chat widget has separate, optional checkboxes for (1) customer care and informational messages and (2) marketing and promotional messages. You may agree to one, both, or neither, and you can still contact us either way. You may also opt in by texting us first.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies.

Costs: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.

Opt out: Reply STOP (or END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT) to opt out at any time. After you reply STOP, we will send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further text messages from us unless you opt in again.

Carrier liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent not required: Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.

Privacy: Your mobile information is handled according to our Privacy Policy at https://tacticalsi.io/privacy-policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services.

Third-Party Services and Links

The Site may link to or rely on third-party websites and services, such as Google. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices, and your use of those services is subject to their own terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tactical SI, Morgan USA LLC, and their owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our text messages. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site or these Terms will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and change the Effective Date above. Your continued use of the Site or our text messages after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
